When to go?
New Zealand is a year round destination but summer and winter are the most exciting seasons for honeymoon adventures. Queenstown is the famed ‘adrenalin capital of the world’ famous for all kinds of extreme sports from bungee jumping to jet boating, skydiving, snowboarding, mountain biking, white water rafting, river surfing, kite skiing and parasailing. It is the birthplace of tandem paragliding, and it is one of the few places in the world where you can experience gravity-defying adventures such as canyon swings and zip rides. The Skyline Gondola is a must if you want to see Queenstown from above which is guaranteed to give you the adrenaline rush.
