Sick of weddings where you sit down to a three-course meal and watch the bridal table? 

Host your wedding or engagement party at Parlour for an event with flair and a touch of decadence. Recite your vows on the outdoor deck under the shade of an oak tree; celebrate into the evening with a cocktail or degustation-style wedding reception bursting with great food and wine. 

Parlour is a wedding venue – there is a sort of old world charm which is second-to none in Canberra, and the venue is warm and comfortable. The setting is eclectic, elegant and decadent. The Beauty of Parlour’s situation in the NewActon precinct is that we can help you host your wedding from start to finish. 

Our Manager and Events coordinator, Abby, will provide you with our weddings package which outlines the number of amenities available to you through Parlour. We can help connect you with the precincts hotels, hair salons and day spa, all at Parlour’s doorstep. We can also get you in touch with Canberra’s most sought after photographers, florists and designer decorators. 

To book out the venue exclusively for your wedding day, we charge a ‘minimum spend’ for the booking, which includes your entire food and beverage package, use of the space for the day, and does not include a room hire fee per se. We do not add charges just because you are putting the word ‘wedding’ in front of the word ‘party’.

We aim to make your special day as fuss-free and fun as possible; we believe it is your day, and you should have exactly what you want!
