About us

Ann Gant is a qualified celebrant with ten years’ professional experience conducting ceremonies for couples throughout Adelaide, Adelaide Hills and Mount Lofty.

I really enjoy the caring side of being a celebrant, many of my brides have become my friends and keep in contact, letting me know what is happening in their lives. Caring and helping people is the best part of being a celebrant. I have been a celebrant for 10 years, and I put my heart and soul into every ceremony. I pride myself on making your ceremony one to remember. All my ceremonies are different and I like to make them personal – all about you and your time together, with a touch of humour.

I take my role as a celebrant very seriously. It is important to me to make sure your wedding day is full of wonderful memories. I will help you with all the legal paperwork and send it on to you after your wedding.

I have a very reliable PA system that I use for your ceremony, including a headset that I wear and I have other microphones that you can use so all your guest can hear your beautiful vows. I normally load your wedding music on to my iPad and play it through my PA System, and I always have a back-up on my iPhone.

I also give you a folder after your wedding that will include a book with a list of places to change your name and a form to apply for the legal marriage certificate, so you can change your name after your wedding. I would love the opportunity to talk to you about your upcoming wedding.

I offer obligation-free appointments to suit your schedule. I am a proud supporter of marriage equality and only too happy to perform same-sex weddings – at long last!
