About us

PB Catering has over 30 years’ experience in the catering and hospitality industry. We are proud to prepare and serve menus using the freshest and highest quality ingredients, presented with style and flair, whatever the occasion. We cater across the Southern Highlands, Macarthur, Blue Mountains, Goulburn, Illawarra and Sydney regions for intimate dinner parties, large weddings and everything in-between. 

We have ready-to-use menu packages, or our speciality is tailoring menus to suit your wedding. You are welcome to blend our menu items together and create your own special wedding menu reflecting your personality and preferences. We can cater for your event anywhere; your home, your selected venue or one of our venues.

We provide extensive event coordination assistance to you at no additional cost as part of our service to you as your caterer. Our event coordinators have many years' experience and can advise and assist you with recommendations and referrals to trusted suppliers of marquees, equipment, florists, photographers, audio-visual equipment, bus/coach hire, celebrants and much more.
