You can select ‘Leave at Door’ in the Checkout if no one will be available to sign for the package, or Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to collect your order from the Post Office.

Please email photos of the damaged product to email@example.com, preferably with the box and packaging. We will replace any items that arrive broken in transit.
