Built by Bill and Imelda Roche over four years, the gardens boast eight kilometres of walking paths, more than 6000 trees, 600,000 shrubs and over 1 million ground cover plants. And all of that is dotted with elegant water features, murals and statues. Some of the most loved ceremony spots include the Rose Garden featuring over 8000 beautiful roses, the Italian Grotto lined with red Bougainvillea, pink Wisterias and cascading Geraniums and Pelargoniums, the Formal garden influenced by the famed parklands of England and France, and the majestic Border Garden surrounded by intricate floral patterns and manicured boxed hedging. The gardens offer unique and vibrant settings all year round which is why it is one of the favourite wedding destinations in NSW.
