Many couples are choosing to offer their guests either a lolly buffet or dessert table instead of a traditional dessert served as part of a three course dinner. We think this is a fabulous idea, especially if you have children attending your wedding, who love the option of choosing from such a stunning array of eye-catching and colourful desserts. You can include: cupcakes, lollies, macarons, coconut ice, mini meringues, brownies, shortbread biscuits, marshmellows, caramels, fruit flans, chocolates, slices, and even a selection of fruits. You can decorate your dessert table according to your wedding colours and theme. Direct your guests as to what to do with cute chalkboard signs and don't forget to provide lots of serving scoops and an appropriate bag or plates to hold their selection.
