How many bridesmaids?

    My fiancé and I are getting married in November 2015 and are currently in the process of choosing our bridesmaids/groomsmen. My fiancé wants to have 4 groomsmen however I would only like to have 3 bridesmaids. Is it ok to have more groomsmen than bridesmaids or vice versa?

    Hi Nicole, I have the same dilemma! I think from all the advice i have been given that it doesn't really matter. You don't want to have someone as a bridesmaid just to make it even numbers. I think if you only want 3 then thats what you should have! My photographer said that he doesn't really do many really posed shots so you won;t really notice the uneven bridal party. It's your day so you have it YOUR way! Good luck with your planning.

    Hi Nicole, My fiancé has chosen 5 groomsmen, he has 3 brothers and 2 best mates and wants to include them all. Whereas i only want my 2 sisters and best friend. We are happy to have an uneven bridal party and for photos will just have 2 guys escorting 1 girl if needed. Personally like Ruby said id rather not choose someone to make up numbers :-)
