    I would love a designer gown for my wedding day but only planning on a low key garden wedding. Do you think it's selfish of me to spend so much of the budget on my dream dress?

    Not if it is your dream dress! You want to look and feel your absolute best on your big day. Obviously keep it realistic, don;t gov over budget by a huge amount. Maybe you could lower the budget on other things like serving your cake as dessert instead of have a 3 course meal and a wedding cake.
