Stationery Trend: Spring Blooms

Floral wedding stationery is very fashionable at the moment and you can choose anything from romantic aquarelle style illustrations to bold minimalistic two-coloured designs. Bright-coloured blossoms are ideal for spring and summer weddings and you can match them with a wide range of themes.

If you are planning a vintage themed wedding reception, think soft pastel colours such as soft pinks, blues, greens or purples. You can add a DIY touch by accessorising your stationery with ribbons, lace or pearls, or just keep it simple with elegant graphics.

To add more bright colours to your palette colour blocking watercolour style blooms in electric orange, hot pink, lime green and bright yellow will look amazing on crisp white paper or even a sand-coloured backdrop for a rustic effect. Choose a lovely font and a pretty envelope to finish off the design.

For an elegant black and white theme you can pick fabulous monochromatic stationery with abstract flowers or if you are dreaming of a truly glamorous wedding, think modern floral wallpaper and cards embellished with satin ribbons, diamantés and crystals. We love fabulous floral stationery from Love Berry Lane, Dreamday Invitations, Felicitations and Invitations For All Occasions, subtle floral detailing from Papier D'Amor and beautiful thank you cards with pink roses print from Giftables.
