1847 Wines Chateau Yaldara boasts 80 hectares of vineyards and a premium wine portfolio. Its award-winning wine collection stems from its founder Hermann Thumm who was one of regions first winemakers. He was famous for experimenting with wine techniques, styles and blends, and his innovative approach is still being used to craft structural, balanced wines that blend together vine varieties from the Barossa Valley, Eden Valley, Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale.

Chateau Yaldara’s range includes superb sparkling wines which are the perfect addition to your celebration, but also exquisite Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache rose, Chardonnay, Verdot and Semillon which you can include to your menu. Match these wines with delicious traditional and contemporary dishes made from fresh seasonal ingredients, and you will get the perfect wedding banquet!
