Best Red Carpet Dresses From The Met Gala 2015

This year’s Met Gala was dedicated to the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s new exhibition China: Through the Looking Glass and that is why many celebrities, including Rihanna, wore couture gowns from Chinese designers.

There were many beautiful spring-inspired red carpet dresses with voluminous skirts and 3D blooms, as well as sexy silhouettes and trouser suits, but also some gorgeous wedding-worthy gowns we loved.

While Poppy Delevingne, Brie Larson and Anabelle Wallis opted for opulent dresses with floral embellishments, Diane Kruger wore a Chanel trouser suit instead of a classical couture gown and looked exactly like a bride with white blooms worn as a hair accessory and a heart-shaped red purse.

We loved the vibrant red couture gowns at the Met Gala worn by Gigi Hadid and Alison Williams, but also Rose Byrne’s sexy dark red dress by Calvin Klein Collection.

Courtney Eaton and Kate Backinsale opted for gold hues, Kendal Jenner sported a green red carpet dress by Calvin Klein Collection, and Karlie Kloss looked dazzling in a sexy black frock by Atelier Versace.

Our favourite bridal looks from the Met Gala red carpet include ivory, blush pink and pastel couture gowns worn by Amanda Seyfried, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lily Aldridge, Lizzy Caplain and Kerry Washington who looked like a fairy-tale bride in a pink Prada gown.
