Established in 2011, the studio specialises in hand-made wedding dresses crafted from the finest fabrics. Designer Sandra Searle turns her passion for vintage styles, lace and couture into unique, elegant and finely detailed wedding dresses inspired by old-fashioned black and white photos, antique crockery and retro floral patterns, filling a niche gap in the Western Australian bridal market.

Elvi Design is a leading bridal fashion studio that became a ‘must-see’ at Perth’s renowned wedding fairs such as “Wedding Upmarket” and “First Comes Love”. Sandra’s wedding dresses are channelling classical vintage-style, but they are aimed at modern women who want a truly unique and elegant outfit for their big day. She created wedding dresses for about 50 brides last year and recently finished her 2015 bespoke collection which will be showcased at the upcoming Vintage Bride Wedding Fair Perth.

Elvi Design’s 2015 collection is named ‘Bloom & Revel’ and it features two exciting themes inspired by brides they work with. While ‘Bloom’ represents a bohemian bride and features fluttery fabrics and floral embellishments, ‘Revel’ focuses on more traditional bridal designs but gives them a fun twist.
