The Bride’s Diary Team was delighted to exhibit at the Summer Bridal Ideas, held at the Goyder Pavilion, Adelaide Showground, Adelaide on January 17 & 18, 2015.
Exclusively hosted by Impressive Exhibitions, the Bridal Ideas events are held three times each year: Spring, Summer and Winter ensuring that all South Australian engaged couples have the opportunity to attend.
The Goyder Pavilion was ablaze with colour as Adelaide’s leading wedding service providers decorated their stands with the latest wedding styling and a huge array of designer accessories. Brightly coloured banners hung from the ceiling, while the stunningly decorated catwalk hinted at the exclusive fashion parades that were to come.
The walkway-style entrance featured superb wedding cars, from classic jags to stretch limousines, heralding each couples’ arrival to this exclusive event. At the entrance was our stunning stand, where The Bride’s Diary team gave a FREE copy of our exclusive Adelaide, South Australian edition to every bride-to-be attending on the day.
The brides-to-be were absolutely delighted to receive South Australia’s leading wedding magazine and couldn’t believe the quality of our superb, hard-covered magazine. They also had the opportunity to purchase our other leading wedding titles: Wedding Celebration, Weddingstar, The Groom’s Diary and Wedding Toasts & Speeches.
The Bride’s Diary is the wedding planner a bride can make her very own and use throughout her entire engagement period, constantly placing our exclusive advertisers foremost in her mind, each and every day! Featuring both modern and traditional etiquette, stunning fashion shoots, modern styling and a comprehensive wedding planner, The Bride’s Diary is a bride’s constant companion and most reliable source of wedding inspiration.
An electronic scanner was provided so that each bride-to-be could easily enter our Honeymoon Competition to Vanuatu, while our large screen TV featured our stunning newly redesigned website – www.bridesdiary.com.au – Australia’s leading wedding portal.
A highlight of the event was the two bridal fashion parades, held at 11:30am and 3:00pm each day. Gorgeous child attendants lead the parades, which also featured musical entertainment, a wedding dance and designer bridal fashion. There were also many fabulous show competitions including: a honeymoon to Koh Samui, Thailand provided by Nora Resorts & Hotels, Thailand, a wedding gown to the value of $2,000 from Bridal on Pulteney, a 1.5 ct black diamond from DDS Direct Diamond Sales and suit hire for the male wedding party from Peter Shearer Menswear.
The array of wedding services was truly impressive, including: bridal wear, cakes & sweets, catering, celebrants, dancing, entertainment, event hire, financial solutions, florists, gifts & bomboniere, gift registry, guest accommodation, health & fitness, honeymoons, kids, make-up, hair & beauty, photo booths, photography & video, publications, stationery, stylists, transport, venues, wedding accessories, wedding planners and weight loss.
