The Lobby Restaurant

Image

Located in Canberra’s cultural establishment, within the National Rose Gardens, The Lobby Restaurant is the idyllic spot for your wedding reception. This beautiful venue has floor-to-ceiling glass walls surrounded by ferns and bamboo. The restaurant was built in 1968 when the local MP’s decided that it was the best place to eat outside the ministerial dining room. With their own farmed Dorper lamb, Hereford beef, free-range chicken and eggs as well as fresh vegetables, The Lobby offers truly exquisite food. From tasty canapés and starters to delicious main courses and scrumptious desserts, there are many options for your wedding menu. You are free to choose between different packages or even create a tailor made menu to suit your needs.

This charming wedding venue is perfect for both intimate receptions for your closest friends and family and big celebrations for up to 130 guests. There are many discounts available and apart from glorious food and stunning scenery, The Lobby also has impeccable service. There are various entertainment services and the staff can help you to decorate your reception with beautiful floral arrangements and pretty DIY details. You can even order a wonderfully decorated wedding cake to match your design scheme.
