Located in Gwynneville, Wollongong, Simple Fitness offers excellent fitness programs and wellness coaching for the whole family, but also has special arrangements for brides-to-be. You can order a 4 CD training guide “Bridal Bootcamp” so you can practise in the comfort of your own home.
This training guide is written and compiled by Emma Perrow, an experienced personal trainer and coach registered with Fitness Australia and a member of the International Coach Guild. Each CD includes a diet and exercise plan for 12 weeks, visualisations and meditations that will help you to get rid of stress prior to your wedding and advice on how to set goals and achieve what you want on your wedding day. Workbooks, audios and easy to use work plans, will be provided to you. If you don’t like exercising alone, you can organise training sessions with your bridesmaids. The program is excellent for losing weight, sculpting your body and improving your self-confidence. CD’s are available in selected stores and online.
